By using the OFF EARTH app or offearthllc.com, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 13 to use the Services. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Danger Zone).
You own the content you post, and you're responsible for it. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — including harassment, hate speech, nudity, violence, spam, or infringing content. Any member can report content and block any user. Reported content is reviewed and objectionable material is removed within 24 hours; offending accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Products are made to order in limited runs. Prices, availability, and shipping timelines are shown at purchase. Memberships (Community, Creator+) bill as shown at signup and can be cancelled anytime.
Don't attempt to break, probe, or abuse the Services, other members, or the platform's systems.
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, OFF EARTH LLC disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
