This policy describes how OFF EARTH LLC ("OFF EARTH", "we") handles your information when you use the OFF EARTH mobile app and offearthllc.com (together, the "Services").
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is collected and stored by Stripe, never by OFF EARTH — we do not see or store card numbers. Stripe also screens transactions for fraud.
Account and order data is stored in our database. Images you upload are hosted by Cloudinary. Orders are fulfilled by print-on-demand partners who receive only what's needed to ship your order (items and shipping address).
Posts you share in the community are visible to other members. You can report any content and block any user in the app; reported content is reviewed and objectionable material is removed within 24 hours.
You can permanently delete your account and associated content at any time in the app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete My Account. This removes your account, posts, comments, designs, and order history from our systems.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
